We decided to do a twist on the show at the Howell Opera House Acoustic Series. We dressed in Rubber Soul style and performed 15 slower and acoustic style music such as And I Love Here, Yesterday, etc. In set two we put on the suits and did 15 more songs but in normal festival fashion. The people there loved it. Afterwards, some said "I loved the more lively second show". Well you never can tell but we were glad to have done it. They were singing, dancing and treated us like kings. People lined up for pictures with the band afterwards. The Opera House is a beautiful building in Howell that is raising money to someday re-open the real opera house upstairs. This day was going to be a tricky one because we had two shows in one day. The first show was our 3rd season in a row at the Rochester Hills Fine Arts Fair. The day was perfect and the people loved the show. We had very young and old dancing around. We performed in the now familiar gazebo. This town has a lot of beautiful people.
Following this show we went straight to a private party about 5 miles away. The tear down and set-up was a pain. The event was a law school graduation party. They all loved our Beatles Tribute show!
Needless to say, we were tired after performing for 5 hours. Good times!

The Lake Orion Flower Festival was a hot day! We had some great help from the organizers and there were a lot of people out shopping. Ray (Ringo) brought his own fan...he's a genius. So the rest of us bought fans too. We set up our own two portable tents because we were situated in the middle of downtown. Lake Orion is a great little town. We even posed for pictures with a woman running for the local probate judge. We said that she can use the picture and say that she has the Beatles' vote.

Those two shows were very cool. The audience loved the evening of impersonators headlined by the Beatles. We performed a tight show.

Belleville- Belleville was an awesome show with a large crowd. We really got into it because of the enthusiastic audience. We performed with the beautiful lake as the back drop. We are definitely coming back here next year.
Westland- This was a major event with an awesome stage and sound crew. Shout out goes to ACME sound. It was a hot day! 90 degrees. The audience was in the shaded tent area but the heat did not slow them down. They sang and danced along. The sun then creeped down below the shade of our stage and bam! We were sweating up a storm but pulled it through. Westland Rocks!

Manchester Fair- It rained lightly but that didn't stop the Beatle loving crowd from putting up their umbrellas and singing along to the Beatles. The boys were fired up and gave one of their best performances.
Auburn Hills- A beautiful evening and a lot of people helped make this a repeat visit to Auburn Hills even better than last year. The crowd was all ages and extremely fun. We had a birthday girl come up and join us and people were dancing away. No one left and they cheered us for more. Can't wait to see them next year.

August 7th- Rochester Hills Village- The Fine Arts Fair was a business success and we pulled the crowd in the entire time we were there. Tom got stuck in brutal traffic and was on the road for 2.5 hours! We thought that we weren't going to be able to do the show. Instead the show started 15 minutes late and the hundreds of people had a blast! Lake Orion is awesome and everyone was singing along! It was very unique. Thanks so much Denise. See you next year.

Woodward Dream Cruise, Ferndale: Wow! The lads agreed this was the most electric show of the year (although there have been several other close ones). We got over 2000 people screaming at the top of their lungs to mimic the sound of Beatles concert and it was LOUD! The boys were on fire on stage and the audience ate it up. Another interesting point was that there were a number of teenagers that were singing the words to the songs and enjoying the Beatles too. This was an unforgettable show. See you next year in Ferndale and thanks go to Michael.
